Arc Floor warrants that all Luxury Vinyl products with a minimum 0.5mm wear layer are covered by a 15-year limited residential wear warranty from the date of purchase or installation, whichever is earlier. This warranty applies only when installed by an Arc Floor qualified professional installer.

 

Under normal foot traffic conditions, if our Luxury Vinyl product(s) experiences wear-out within 15 years, Arc Floor will provide replacement materials free of charge. Labour costs for replacement are covered for the first 2 years but excluded thereafter.

 

"Wear-out" is defined as the removal of pattern and colour due to wear layer delamination.

 

Exclusions:

• Damage or customer dissatisfaction resulting from improper installation.

• Loss of gloss due to regular use.

• Issues caused by excessive moisture, hydrostatic pressure, or alkaline substances from the subfloor.

• Surface damage from stains (including those from asphalt paving, sealers, carpet dyes, and rubber-backed mats), burns, scuffs, indentations, cracks, and dents. This includes damage caused by improper handling, high heels, rolling loads, and furniture or fixtures without proper floor protectors.

• Colour variations between installed products and samples or photographs.

• Adhesion failure due to subfloor conditions such as moisture, alkalinity, or hydrostatic pressure.

• Damage resulting from inappropriate end-user activities.

• Discolouration caused by sunlight, mildew, or other environmental factors.

• Labour costs for installing flooring with visible defects.

• Costs associated with removing and replacing flooring, furniture, fixtures, or equipment to perform corrective work or replacement.

• Stains from foreign substances such as driveway sealers, asphalt, and oil drippings.

• Damage caused by subfloor moisture, hydrostatic pressure, or alkalinity.

 

If the original product is discontinued, Arc Floor reserves the right to supply a comparable replacement.
