SCOPE OF WARRANTY COVERAGE

Arc Floor provides a Limited Warranty for Wood-Plastic Composite (WPC) timber products ("Product", "Products") to the original purchaser or structure owner. This Limited Warranty covers structural defects, workmanship defects, and damage due to fungal decay, rot, and termites under normal use. This Limited Warranty is also non-transferable/assignable to any other person and, unless otherwise specified, applies to the following durations from the date of the Warranty Statement ("Warranty Period"):

• Residential Projects:  Ten (10) years

• Commercial Projects: Five (5) years

This Limited Warranty is only valid if the product is made to fit its purpose or intended functions within the Warranty Period.

The original Warranty Statement must be presented at Arc Floor’s request when requesting Limited Warranty services. Any lost or damaged Warranty Statement will not be re-issued.

This Limited Warranty shall apply to any structural defects, workmanship defects under normal usage and damages by fungal decay/rot and termite.

Exclusions:

This Limited Warranty shall not apply for any of the following:

• Misuse, neglect, alteration or abuse of the Product.

• Modification with chemical treatment(s) without the prior written approval by Arc Floor.

• Improper storage, handling or use and/or improper maintenance in accordance with instruction from Arc Floor.

• Damage caused by acts of God, floods, fires, lighting or other natural disasters, wars, unexpected events or other external factors.

• Any cause other than manufacturing defects attributable to Arc Floor.

Upon the occurrence of any defects or damages as indicated on Clause 5 within the Warranty Period, Arc Floor shall replace (subject to Product availability) or repair the Product with a labor cost as shown in the chart below within twenty-one (21) working days excluding Sundays and Public Holidays.

The warranty for labor cost is only applicable when the warranty claim is valid for the Product. Full labor cost will be applied if the Product is not covered under the warranty terms and conditions.

If identical Products are not available at the time of replacement or repair, Arc Floor reserves the right to substitute comparable materials or models and does not guarantee that the replacement will match the existing or original piece.

Any delivery and other incidental charges and charges for services beyond the scope if this Limited Warranty shall be borne by the purchaser

Arc Floor Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any incidental, economic, exemplary, special, punitive or consequential damages, whether direct or indirect, howsoever arising.​

All decisions by Arc Floor in respect of the Limited Warranty (including replacements, repairs or issues relating to defects of workmanship or materials) shall be conclusive and binding on the purchaser.

The warranty granted under this Limited Warranty constitutes the only warranty given by Arc Floor. All other express or implied warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose (save where arising under the local prevailing and applicable product warranty laws that cannot be lawfully disclaimed) are expressly excluded.

Arc floor reserves the right at any time and from time to time to amend these Terms and/or any of instructions or explanations at its discretion without prior notice.

Any such changes shall be binding and will take effect immediately upon such amendment.

Arc Floor reserves the right to refuse to provide any Limited Warranty services if it would result in a breach of applicable laws.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE GUIDE

Post-Installation Care

• Rinse the composite decking with water to remove construction dust.

• Avoid dragging heavy furniture or objects across the decking to prevent surface damage.

• Use protective pads under furniture legs to preserve the decking’s appearance.

Daily/Weekly Cleaning

• Sweep off leaves, dirt, and debris regularly to prevent staining and maintain a tidy appearance.

• Wash the decking as needed with a hose or a pressure washer set to a low setting.

• Wipe up spills, grease or stains as fast as possible to prevent discolouration or residue buildup.

General Care Tips

• Avoid abrasive scrubbers, steel wool or harsh chemicals as these can cause surface damage.

• Place mats at entrances to reduce dirt and debris transfer onto the decking.

• Periodically inspect screws, fasteners and other fittings, tightening them if necessary.
